NextEV President and Formula E Team Principal Martin Leach said: “We have had a productive three days of testing during the first official Formula E test. We have run both cars in a variety of track temperatures and weather conditions at Donington, which is always a useful exercise. Nelson, Oliver and Dean have worked closely with the team to provide detailed feedback, which will enable us to further develop the car over the coming weeks.”
“During the three days of testing we were able to complete all of our functional checks for this stage of the test programme. The hard work continues, and our focus now turns to the final pre-season test in two weeks’ time before we head off to Hong Kong for the first ePrix of the season.”
The NextEV Formula E team will next be seen on track at the second (and final) official series test taking part at Donington Park in the UK from 5-7 September.
